Spring into The Rural Nursery on Hercules Street for Garden Blooms

Spring has sprung at Murrumbateman Rural Supplies and Jess Templeman has added her own colourful flair to the family business boasting a well stocked garden nursery.

Establishing The Rural Nursery in April, 2021 just before the birth of her Son, Oliver, Jess has helped transform many gardens across Murrumbateman with her expert knowledge and advice about what grows well in our climate and says the nursery grew with community demand.

There’s almost always something in flower in Jess’ wing that’s hard to miss from the front of the store. Currently loads of flowering shrubs and potted colour are in stock and bare root roses, delicious fruit and ornamental tree varieties are soon to burst.

Potting mix, mulch, fertilisers, garden tools, gloves and pots are also available at this one stop local shop to make the upcoming weekends preparing for spring easy.

An enticing range of bird nesting boxes and finch houses, comical door mats, and brightly coloured gumboots also made an impact as we ventured inside for what we were actually at the rural store for!

Whether you’re picking up feed supplies, pump parts, new gates and fencing, ordering a tank or headed straight to the nursery, you’re bound to walk away with something from the nursery that was meant to come home with you!

Murrumbateman Rural Supplies is open 6 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm, and Saturday, 8am – 4pm.
